How do I reserve a table?

By using our online booking system, found on the home page! If for any reason you can’t make a booking online please call the cafe.

How do I amend or cancel my booking?

Refer to your booking confirmation email for further instructions. If you didn’t book online, please call the cafe.

I rang the cafe but couldn’t get through, what do I do?

Although we always endeavour to answer your call, we sometimes struggle when the cafe is busy. We recommend calling back during our quieter hours, which is in the mornings and between 3pm & 5pm. There’s no-one home on Sundays & Mondays.

Are you dog friendly ? 

Omni café welcomes all café-friendly dogs.

Can I use voucher for takeaway?

Vouchers do not comply with our online system & can only be used when purchasing food inside Omni.

Does this dish come with rice ?

Lunch option come as meals so your curries, soups and various other dishes include jasmine rice.

In the evening, however, all sides come separately… we recommend ginger rice with belly pork but steamed jasmine with curries!

My Click & Collect time slot changed as I was checking out ?

Our click and collect is in huge demand and - although we’ve increased the amount of slots - the most desirable times get snapped up. If someone gets to the check out before you, you may be given another slot, we hope it’s worth the wait ! 

Why is squid not on the Click & Collect menu, it’s my fave ?

We know, it’s our fave too! It will be back one day but you’ll have to wait until you can sit at table and eat it fresh from the kitchen, with a glass of wine - it just gets sad when it travels !

Can I change my time slot ? 

Once you’ve got a time slot it’s yours, we can’t change it.
